Decizion needs camera access to take photos. If the permission prompt does not appear, open Settings → Decizion → Camera and enable access.
Frame the food or menu, and make sure the text is readable and the lighting is sufficient. After taking the photo, check your goal and request a decision.
Check your internet connection and try a brighter, closer photo. If menu text is unreadable, photograph one page straight on.
Decizion Pro renews automatically each week or month. Manage cancellation and billing in the Subscriptions section of your Apple account; deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
If a previously purchased Pro plan is missing, confirm that you are signed in with the same Apple account and tap Restore Purchases in the app.
Send your support request through the in-app support option or the official contact channel on Decizion’s App Store developer page. This project does not contain a verified support email address, so we do not publish one.
Need a hand?
Send account, photo, privacy, or subscription requests through the app. If in-app support is unavailable, use the developer contact option on the App Store product page. State which account or data your deletion request covers.
