Terms of Use

Decizion is a mobile app that analyzes a food photo or menu image together with your selected goal to generate a food decision. The app is designed to help narrow your options; its output is a personalized suggestion and is not guaranteed to be correct or appropriate in every situation.

Decizion's decisions are not medical practice, diagnosis, treatment, dietitian services, or professional health advice. If you have an allergy, food intolerance, chronic condition, pregnancy, medication use, or another health condition, consult a healthcare professional and verify current ingredient information directly with the restaurant or manufacturer.

You may use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to access another person's account, send automated requests that disrupt the service, bypass security measures, share output with a false claim of certainty, or upload content that violates another person's privacy.

When you upload a photo, you confirm that you have the right to send that content to Decizion and the service providers used to generate the decision. Do not include unnecessary personal information, faces, or sensitive documents in photos.

Decizion Pro may offer weekly and monthly auto-renewing subscriptions through the App Store. Apple displays the price and duration of your selected plan at purchase. The subscription automatically renews for the same plan unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

To cancel, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad and select Decizion. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you can continue using Pro features until then. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

Purchases are made through your Apple account. Apple's rules apply to refunds, billing, and payment methods. To regain access on a new device or with the same Apple account, use Restore Purchases in the app.

Decizion results may be inaccurate or incomplete because of photo quality, menu readability, missing information, or AI-model limitations. Before relying on a result, verify ingredients, prices, allergens, and restaurant information yourself.

The app and its outputs are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular outcome, recognition of every image, or that a particular decision is the best choice for you.

The Decizion name, brand, design, software, and service content belong to their respective rights holders. These terms give you only a limited, non-transferable right to use the app for personal and lawful purposes; they do not give you the right to copy, resell, modify, or reverse engineer the app.

We may change, temporarily suspend, or discontinue features for security, maintenance, legal requirements, or product development. When a material change occurs, we will provide notice through the app or website where reasonably possible.

By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must stop using the app. See our Privacy Policy for privacy practices, or visit App Support for help.
